WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 8, 2014

COACHES NOTES: This week we will be continuing with the heavier weights, doing 4 sets of 12 reps. Focus on good form and smooth controlled movements. Remember we are building muscles, not just lifting the weights….so really focus on each muscle group you are working and squeezing the muscle at the peak of contraction.
