WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 29, 2014

COACHES NOTES: This week back to lifting HEAVY!! 4 sets of 10 Reps using HEAVY weight! Focus on good form and controlled movements. Make sure you push yourself with moving up in weight, if you have been lifting the same weight for 3+ weeks….it is time to move up and challenge yourself.
