COACHES NOTES: This week we will be doing 4 rounds of Tabata style workouts. You will perform each exercise for 20secs. intensely then rest 10secs. repeat for a total of 4 rounds then move on to the next exercise and repeat. Keep your intensity up throughout the entire ¬†20secs. and ALWAYS use good form. This week will allow you to burn some serious calories during your workout!!
