Coaches Notes: This week I have incorporated some UNILATERAL exercises into it. These are great for developing symmetry and helping with strength imbalances. You may have to use a lighter weight when doing the UNILATERAL exercises, as you will not have the weight on the other side of your body to balance yourself with. Your core will get a great workout with some of the exercises, as it is having to take up the “slack” and keep you stable from falling over. I want you to use your “free” hand when you can and place on the muscle you are working.
