WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 1, 2014

COACHES NOTES: This week we will be getting back to lifting heavy w eights! We have been doing the cardio accelerators and circuits last few months….n ow time to focus more on building your muscle. I want you to do 4 Sets of 10 Reps using heavy w eight! I really want you to work on building your muscles this week. Focus on good form and slow controlled movements, keeping in mind we want “time under tension”! Really focus on “squeezing” the muscle you are working. Remember we are “BUILDING MUSCLES, NOT JUST LIFTING WEIGHTS”!!!
