COACHES NOTES: THIS WEEK WE WILL BE DOING 4 ROUNDS OF CIRCUITS OF 12 REPS FOR EACH EXERCISE. PERFORM EACH EXERCISE FOR 12 REPS, THEN MOVE ON TO THE NEXT EXERCISE FOR 12 REPS UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETED ALL THE EXERCISES = 1 ROUND….REPEAT FOR A TOTAL OF 4 ROUNDS.
