Coaches Notes: We are sticking with our theme of building lean muscle, this week I want you to do 4 sets of 10 reps HEAVY! Make sure you are increasing the weight and pushing yourself! Find a spotter in the gym and make sure you pick a weight that causes you to struggle with the last few reps and they can assist you. I really want you to push yourself with the weights, but safely as well. Focus on good form and remember to slow your movements down. You are building muscle, not just lifting the weights.
