Coaches Notes: The week we are doing a CIRCUIT AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) in 1 MIN. You will do each exercise for AMRAP for 1 min. then 1 min. rest, then on to the next exercise…..until completely done with all exercises = 1 CIRCUIT. Complete circuit for a total of 2 times. As you found out from last week’s workouts, you can get a pretty good “pump” and will definitely work your muscle fibers. Focus on keeping a high intensity for 1 full min. using good form.
