WEEK OF NOVEMBER 17, 2014

COACHES NOTES: This week we will be doing Tabata Style workout, 20 secs high intensity of each exercise then 10 secs rest, repeat each exercise for 4 rounds then move on to the next exercise. Unlike last week, this week is all about INTENSITY!! Go all out with good form for 20secs. then rest 10 secs and repeat for total of 4 rounds for each exercise them on to the next one.
