COACHES NOTES: This week I want you to do 4 sets of 15 rep using moderate weight with your 4th set a drop set. So you will complete all 4 sets and on your final set (4th) after you complete 15 reps, drop your weight and do as many as you can……to fatigue your muscle. This will be a good week to get your “muscle pump” going. By dropping your weight and doing more reps, you are able to increase the blood flow which will result with more circulation throughout your muscles…..helping to build and recover your muscles in the future.
