COACHES NOTES: This week we will be doing 3 Rounds of a Drop Circuits. You will do 3 total rounds of the circuit using moderate weight, 1st round doing 20 reps of each exercise once through, 2nd round doing 15 reps of each exercise once through, and final round (3rs) doing 10 reps of each exercise once through. Remember with a normal circuit, you will do Exercise A 20 reps, Exercise B 20 reps, Exercise C 20 reps…….until you have completed all the Exercises = 1st round. Next you will do Exercise A 15 reps, Exercise B 15 reps, Exercise C 15 reps……until you have completed all the Exercises = 2nd round. Finally you will do Exercise A 10 reps, Exercise B 10 reps, Exercise C 10 reps…..until you have completed all the Exercises = 3rd (final) round. ¬†We are stepping up and increasing the intensity of the workouts….make sure you are resting minimally (30-45secs) between exercises.
