WEEK OF MARCH 3, 2014

COACHES NOTES: This week we will be changing gears and doing 4 sets of 10 reps using HEAVY weights. Last week we did high reps with low weights to increase our muscle endurance and muscle circulation, this week it is all about building muscle. I want you to pick HEAVY weights that you struggle with completely 10 reps, but always using good form with smooth movements. If you have questions email me….Enjoy the Week!! Coach Keith
