WEEK OF JUNE 2, 2014

COACHES NOTES: This week we will be doing Tabata Style workouts with moderate weight. You will be performing each exercise for a total of 30 seconds and resting for 15 seconds once through. So perform exercise A for 30 seconds, then rest 15 seconds, perform exercise B for 30 seconds, then rest for 15 seconds, perform exercise C for 30 seconds,……so on until you have completed all the workouts once through and this equals 1 round…..complete a total of 8 rounds. You will not be counting reps, just doing as many as you can with good form in a certain amount of time (30 seconds). Keep your intensity up and always use good form……You should have little sweat going by the end of the workout!!! Email me if you have questions ¬†
