WEEK OF FEBRUARY 24, 2014

COACHES NOTES: This week again, we will be doing only 2 sets of 30 reps with lighter weight. Remember this week is all about increasing our muscle endurance and circulation to our muscles. If you didn’t feel the “Muscle Pump” last week, you have another week to achieve it. Remember this will help your muscle circulation in the future by increasing nutrients for growth and also helping to rid waste for quicker recovery. This week focus on achieving full range of motion (ROM) of each muscle during each exercise with smooth movement. If you have questions email me….Enjoy!! Coach Keith
