COACHES NOTES: This week we be doing only 2 sets of 30 reps with lighter weight (approximately 30-40% of your max weight). We will be training for muscle endurance this week. By using lighter weight and more reps  it will increase the “pump” of your muscle with an increase in blood circulation (capillaries) within the muscle for better nutrients to get to that muscle for recovery and rebuilding, leading to muscle growth in the future.
