WEEK OF DECEMBER 8, 2014

COACHES NOTES: This week we will be doing Tabata Style workout, similar to couple weeks ago….BUT I want you to do 8 rounds. So you will perform each exercise intensly for 20 secs. then rest 10 secs. and repeat for a total of 8 rounds then move on to the next exercise. Focus on good form and being INTENSE for the 20 secs. of exercise. Workouts will be short and intense. Lets keep the month of December living like a fit person going…..Have fun and Be INTENSE!
