COACHES NOTES: This week we are doing 3 sets of 15 reps with cardio accelerators intermixed. So you will do 3 sets of 15 reps using moderate weight, after you’ve completed all three sets, the next exercise will be cardio accelerator for As Many Reps As Possible (AMRAP) within 30 secs., then on to the next exercise doing 3 sets 15 reps, and so on. Focus on form and controlled movements during the resistance exercises and high intensity during the cardio accelerators. If you would like to challenge yourself little more, try increasing cardio accelerators to 60secs. or even 2-3 30sec. rounds in between your resistance exercises.
