COACHES NOTES: I loved last weeks workouts so much with the resistance training and cardio accelerators and strongly believe they are one of the most beneficial that we are doing them again this week! That’s right…..BUILDING muscle (to increase lean muscle mass resulting in increased resting metabolism) and BURNING calories (cardio accelerators cause you to burn calories during your workout in short intervals). So as like last week, this Week we will being doing 3 sets of 12 reps resistance exercises super set with 60secs. AMRAP of cardio accelerators. So you will perform Exercise A for 12 reps using moderate weight then do 60 secs. AMRAP of the cardio accelerator (that is immediately after) and this equals 1 set. Repeat for a total of 3 sets. Focus on good form during lifting exercises and high intensity during cardio accelerators. Enjoy and email if you have questions!
