COACHES NOTES: This Week we will being doing 3 sets of 12 reps resistance exercises super set with 60secs. AMRAP of cardio accelerators. So you will perform Exercise A for 12 reps using moderate weight then do 60 secs. AMRAP of the cardio accelerator (that is immediately after) and this equals 1 set. Repeat for a total of 3 sets. Focus on good form during lifting exercises and high intensity during cardio accelerators. Enjoy and email if you have questions!
