WEEK OF AUGUST 12, 2013 – PDF PRINTABLE WORKOUTS BELOW

Coaches Notes: This week we are going to be doing Circuit workouts. So remember, you will complete 1 set (15 reps) of all the exercises and when you’ve done them all…repeat circuit for a total of 3 sets. Keep your intensity up throughout the entire workout. When you are doing exercises that DO NOT require weights, I really want you to push yourself! I’ve designed the workout so you should be able to use minimal dumbbells and just your bodyweight for the exercises. Take a minimum rest between exercises and a longer (4-8 min. rest/water break) between circuits. Enjoy this weeks workouts ! If you have questions email Keith@1fwtraining.com
