COACHES NOTES: This week we will be doing 4 sets of 15 reps using moderate/heavy weight. I really want you to focus on GOOD form and using slow controlled movements. With the 5 day workouts, Day 4 & Day 5, I incorporated some cardio accelerators (3 sets of 20 reps using light weight) to get your heart rate up and increase your caloric burn during your workout. Make sure you are using good form, but keeping your intensity up throughout the entire sets. You shall get a good burn, so Enjoy!! Coach Keith
