Lemon & Tarragon Dressing

Fast, tasty and great with seafood salads!



¼ cup fresh lemon juice
¼ cup finely chopped shallot
2 Tablespoons dried Tarragon
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
¼ tsp. sea salt
¼ tsp. ground black pepper
5 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil


Put all ingredients in a small mason jar and shake until well combined.

If you don’t have one, use a small bowl and whisk.

Excellent over cooked shrimp or on a salad topped with pan fried rock fish.
