Welcome to our VIP Personal Training Page!

Make sure you read the getting started page before your first workout.  We will also need to schedule your first call with me as soon as possible.  Once we have our first call and I have time to review your program we will send you the next weeks workouts along with any additional recommendations for your review.

I will be giving you calorie recommendations, percentages, and helping you step by step.  You have text support from me M-F from 8-5 at the following number, 602-819-4659. Additionally we will have a 30 minute call every Tuesday to further discuss your goals and program changes.

You will love the community aspect of this program as well.  One of the things I have learned in my journey is that community can make or break your success.  Please make sure you like the following Facebook page as soon as possible.

The following is a list of information we need in order to write your program and get you started:

-Starting weight & height-Circumference Measurements at beginning and every 4 wks taken on right side only-Date of Birth, time you go to bed & wake, do you smoke?

-Photos taken to the front, each side, and back. Your photos will not be posted until completion of the program and only with your prior written permission.

-Goal Letter (written first person…What’s your reason WHY? What are your goals?

-Where you see yourself in 6 months)?

We have created a private Facebook page so you can start associating as a community.  We have learned very quickly that this page is a huge part of people success.
