ACTIVATING FITBUILDER ACCOUNT THROUGH WEBSITE

 

Step 1– This is very important, you must go to www.1fwtraining.com and Login into Fitbuilder successfully first. To do this, you must first sign into the member login, using the username and password you entered when you first signed up with us. First time access must be on a computer (not on an iPad, phone or other similar device). **If you are signed in and just see a “spinning” circle (still loading), try using Chrome to open the 1fw website and this should work.

Step 2– Once signed into the Member Login successfully, click on the 1fw Fitbuilder picture and the Fitbuilder screen will load.

Step 3– Enter in your email and you can pick your password and click activate/login.

Step 4-Once logged in, make sure you have 1fw Personal Training logo in upper left corner, if you do not, log out and retry steps 1-3.

Step 5– Once logged in and you see an area to “Search” people to follow, Enter the specific workout(s)  ( beginnerhome or beginner gym or 3dayhome or 3daygym or 5dayhome or 5daygym ) you would like to follow in the “Search” space and when the workouts show up, click on the “Follow” button. When I share to “All Followers” on Fridays, you will receive the workouts you are “following” for the upcoming week. This is how you will receive the workouts in your fit builder account both on your computer and mobile device. THIS “FOLLOW” FEATURE MUST BE DONE ON THE COMPUTER, BUT ONCE DONE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO ACCESS WORKOUTS FROM YOUR MOBILE DEVICE.

SECOND: ACTIVATING MOBILE APP (only after you have successfully logged in and viewed workouts on Computer)

Step 1– Download Pumpone FitnessBuilder from the app store on your iPhone or Droid.

Step 2– Use the SAME login information (username-email address associated with your Paypal account and password you chose) as you did to activate account on www.1fwtraining.com to login to mobile app and push activate/login.

Step 3– Once logged in and you see 1fw Personal Training logo in upper left corner, click on workouts and the group workouts (3/5 day home and gym) will be located in “My Workouts”. They are shared on Saturday or Sunday for the upcoming weeks workouts, so depending on when you sign up, they may or may not be in there. Please email Keith@1fwtraining.com to have the workouts sent to you or if you have questions signing in to Fitbuilder.

 

THIRD: ACTIVATING YOUR IPAD (only after you have successfully logged in and viewed workouts on Computer)

Step 1– Search Pump One in the App Store (1st Picture) our 1fw Workout app from the store . Pumpone Fitbuilder App is an iPhone app for your iPad (so make sure you push iphone Apps in the center of your screen to search iPhone Apps). If you search Pumpone Fitbuilder for iPads, you will see 2nd Picture (just push the “iPhone Apps” button in center left).
