Paul has a strong athletic background, which includes personal training, coaching, 12 years of competitive skiing and 5 years of triathlon competition. Many of Paul’s clients come to him for specialized coaching and conditioning; however, he often works with people who wish to improve their overall fitness and lifestyles. Paul’s approach to gaining fitness includes emphasis on biomechanics with the goal of reducing imbalances, while also improving strength and flexibility. His program design offers a dynamic experience that produces terrific results while remaining approachable to the recreational participant.

Paul specializes in exercise mechanics as well as sports performance coaching. His client base includes a wide variety of individuals, from those looking to improve their level of fitness, to professional athletes focused on competition and high levels of performance.
Currently pursuing Bachelor of Science degrees in Exercise Science and Psychology at Montana State University.
