5 Minute Banana Pancakes

No excuses with this recipe, its fast, easy, and super good. The kids will love it and so will you! I make a big batch on Sunday and feed my kids this one all week long.  They go off to school with a solid mix of protein, carbs, and good fat!

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

4 eggs (or 6 egg whites)

2 tablespoons peanut butter or almond butter

Dash vanilla

Dash Cinnamon

Optional cup of oatmeal uncooked

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and cook. I use coconut oil to coat the griddle.  Fantastic consistency and so sweet you don’t even need syrup.
